This power-up needs WooCommerce Analytics on. Turn Analytics on in WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Features. Until then the power-up won’t switch on.
Turn it on
- Go to WooCommerce → Powerups and switch on Analytics order filters.
- Open Analytics → Orders, choose Advanced filters, and click Add a filter.
The Orders report in Analytics with a Billing country filter added under Advanced filters
The filters
- City is an exact match. Your database decides whether case and accents matter. Commas are removed, so a city name that contains a comma can’t match.
- Payment method and Shipping method list your current methods. Methods you’ve since removed can still be filtered through a link in the address bar.
- Customer role uses the customer’s current role. Guest (no account) covers orders without an account. Anyone who can see reports can see in this list which roles your paying customers have, for example admins or shop managers who placed orders.
- Refunds follow their order’s filters.
Match all or any
With Match any, these filters combine with each other as “any”, but WooCommerce’s own filters (status, product and so on) still all apply.Settings
When filters can’t be applied
If the filters can’t be applied or counted, the report shows an error in place of unfiltered numbers:The Analytics order filters couldn’t be applied, so no results are shown. Remove them or try again. An invalid value, or too many values, shows no orders rather than all orders.
Performance

Known limitations
- Up to 50 values per filter (20 for cities).
- Segment by isn’t available while these filters are in use.
- An export started before the power-up (or a filter) was switched off sends its remaining parts unfiltered.
- For developers: inside a filtered Orders report, another Orders report query run by other code (without filters of its own) uses the same filters.
