Payment link helper puts an unpaid order’s payment link on the order page, where you can copy, open or email it. This helps with phone and manual orders. Shows in: Order page, Customer pages box

Turn it on

Go to WooCommerce → Powerups and switch on Payment link helper. Open any order: the Payment link section appears in the Customer pages box in the sidebar.
The Customer pages box holds both the payment link and the thank-you page preview. It only shows when one of them is on.

Use it

For unpaid orders you get three buttons:
  • Copy copies the link. The button turns into a tick.
  • Open opens the payment page in a new tab.
  • Email asks you to confirm (“Send the payment link to …?”), then sends WooCommerce’s “Order details” email, which includes the link. The order needs a billing email.
If the order belongs to a customer account, WooCommerce asks the customer to log in to pay. Paid orders show “Nothing to pay”.
