The email

  • One email is sent when the order is paid (Processing or Completed). An order note records it.
  • It’s never sent twice for the same order, even when the payment gateway and the shopper’s return arrive at the same time.
  • Change its subject, heading, wording or switch it off in WooCommerce → Settings → Emails → High-value order.
  • It shows in the Email log and can be resent from there.

Known limitations

  • Orders in another currency (from multi-currency plugins) aren’t flagged unless a developer converts them with the apwc_high_value_order filter.
